LPD Associates work with many schools and academies providing a variety of development programmes through mentoring and coaching. Having worked as the HR Director for a successful multi academy trust and as a long serving school governor for both primary and secondary schools, our Director, Lisa Dickinson fully understands the learning and development needs of both teaching and non-teaching staff.

Having worked in over 30 schools & academies in Yorkshire and the North East we have helped to improve team working and people management as well as employee engagement and effectiveness. Through the delivery of our learning & development services combined with our understanding of the challenges education faces today we can really make a difference.
Current projects include the development and implementation of a performance management process for non-teaching staff, improving the whole school induction process, a leadership development and coaching programme for the new Senior Team of a large secondary academy and one to one coaching of a Senior Leaders, teachers and non-teaching staff to improve their personal effectiveness in their roles.
