Lisa Dickinson has a wide range of senior level experience as a corporate trainer and project manager, successfully delivering both process improvement and cultural change projects. Results orientated, she has worked at all levels within businesses from front line staff to CEO, predominantly across Europe and also in Australia, SE Asia and the USA. Lisa’s strong communication skills including a particular aptitude for presentation and public speaking make her a natural trainer or facilitator.
A highly persuasive individual, she is able to motivate and enthuse people and delivers dynamic, memorable training programmes. Her ability to manage relationships and lead people, together with strong and innovative problem solving skills have enabled her to successfully lead complex projects often across different countries working with virtual or remote teams. Lisa has experience in private, public and not for profit sectors across a variety of industries including manufacturing, education, the Arts, call centre, training consultancy and 10 years in financial services.
